Located in San Miguel de Allende, in Guanajuato, Mexico on a mountain top at an altitude of nearly 7,000 feet, Finca Luna Serena began making olive in 2014. Our method of extraction is entirely manual starting with handpicked olives which are then stone ground and hand pressed. Filtration is kept to a minimum to maintain the highest level of health benefits possible. These steps ensure an exquisite tasting, organic extra virgin olive oil.
Finca Luna Serena has become San Miguel's area resident olive oil expert with its own Olive Oil Sommelier, certified by the New York International Culinary Center.
